Meet Elijah Jane, a New York City–based performer, artist, and teacher who grew up in a tiny farming community in the heart of Tennessee. What started as childhood piano lessons quickly opened the door to dance, theatre, and everything in between.

   After a short stint with the Nashville Ballet, she headed to The Boston Conservatory, where she earned her BFA in Contemporary Dance Performance. Since then, she’s appeared in a range of theatre, TV, film, commercial print, and multimedia projects, including the 1st National Tour of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The Other Two (HBO Max), and Kolton Krause’s Obsession music video.

   Elijah Jane is also a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200-hour training at Sonic Yoga in 2020 and teaches with a blend of curiosity, breath, and functional movement—drawing on her dance background to support alignment, strength, and ease. You can find her leading yoga and fitness classes at The Method Collective in NYC.

   When she’s not performing or teaching, she’s usually hanging out with Mackie, her giant chocolate goldendoodle and constant sidekick. Whether in the studio or on the street, Elijah Jane brings warmth, humor, and heart to her work. Come be a part of her journey!
