Meet Elijah Dillehay, a New York City-based show girl, artist, and teacher whose journey began in a tiny farming community in the heart of Tennessee. Elijah's artistic adventure took off at the tender age of seven with piano lessons, quickly evolving to embrace dance, theatre, and voice.

    After an inspiring stint with the Nashville Ballet, Elijah pursued her passion further at The Boston Conservatory, where she earned a BFA in Contemporary Dance Performance. Her captivating performances include roles in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (1st National Tour), The Other Two (HBO Max), and Obsession (Music Video).

    Beyond her performance accolades, Elijah is also a dedicated Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sonic Yoga in NYC in December 2020, she skillfully blends her dance expertise with functional movements in her classes, fostering proper alignment while promoting strength and flexibility. You can currently join Elijah for both yoga and fitness classes at The Method Collective in NYC.

    When she’s not on stage or leading class, Elijah takes joy in her role as dog mom to her lovable giant chocolate goldendoodle, Mackie. Whether in the studio or at home, Elijah brings passion and warmth to all that she does. Come be a part of her journey!
